We have been clients of Chatfield Veterinary Hospital for more than 14 years. Our 4 pets have been seen by Dr. Crawford and her staff for their medical needs, boarding and doggie daycare. We have never been more comfortable with the attention to detail our pets get from the doctors and staff at this facility. They are true professionals and their first and foremost concern is the well being and care for our furry "family." I would highly recommend this team to take on the needs of anyone looking for a true top notch care facility for their beloved pets.

MollyIt is my pleasure to recommend Chatfield Veterinary Hospital as my number one pick in veterinary clinics in the Littleton area.

We have been Chatfield Vet clients since the 1990’s with the first of three dogs. I have gotten to know each of the four veterinarians over the years and have confidence in each of their abilities. They have been there for us in good times and when difficult decisions had to be made. There have been occasions when the vet referred us to a specialty clinic for expertise in a complicated issue. There is no doubt they are in the business because they love what they do.

In addition, we have used their top-notch boarding facility as the staff always doted on our dogs. It’s difficult to leave your dog when going on vacation, and ours were always treated with much love and affection. Yes, we spied on our dogs using the webcam.

The clinic has added dog training to their list of expansive services. Puppy class was so much fun, we (puppies and owners) didn’t want to leave.

Teri, the groomer, goes above and beyond the usual rush to get a dog in and out as quick as possible. Teri spends time comforting each dog before she starts the grooming process and the final result is remarkable.

Last but not least, the administrative staff always greets pets and owners with a warm welcome. It really helps to put a pet at ease when they are in a friendly environment.

Dear Chatfield Veterinary Hospital, Daycare and Boarding,

My partner and I are the proud owners of an adorable one year-old welsh terrier named Rocky (18 lbs but thinks he’s at least 100). We were referred to this fine establishment by one of our neighbors who sang its praises. Upon entering the daycare, we were impressed by how immaculately hygienic it was. We were then greeted immediately with a warm and sincere, “Welcome!” from Shelly and Carla; both of whom quite obviously cherish their jobs gauging by their enthusiasm and interest in both our puppy and us. At that moment we just knew Rocky would be in good hands. Many in the customer service industry forget how meaningful a simple social grace like a warm smile and sincere greeting can mean to nervous clients. Carla and Shelly are affable, nurturing and two of the most devoted professionals with whom I have had the pleasure of working.

We were then escorted by a friendly woman named Cara; the Daycare Manager, on a thorough tour of the two spacious play areas separated by a steel fence between big dogs and little dogs. Cara then took us to a cozy room with our puppy for a brief interview. Rocky started daycare the next day. When we picked him up, much to our delight he was exhausted and fell asleep in the car on the way home! This was a first. As if this weren’t enough, we were duly moved by Cara’s gesture of presenting us with a “Report card and pictures of Rocky on his first day with a narrative included.”

The entire team at CVH is exceptional and in our humble opinion they set the gold-standard for quality and compassion. Kudos all around!

MollyFrom Top-Notch Veterinary care, to daycare fun, to peace-of-mind boarding — we Love this place! And judging from how excited our boys get when we pull into the parking lot, we know that they love it too!
