Dr. Kim Crawford
Kim Crawford purchased Chatfield Veterinary Hospital, which was previously known as Lorenz Veterinary Hospital, in July of 1996. Before veterinary school, Kim practiced as a dental hygienist.
She completed her D.V.M. at CSU in 1992 and went on to do a small animal internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City. In 1992, she performed a preceptorship at the San Diego Wild Animal Park. After moving back to Colorado in 1993 she worked at Aspenwood Animal Hospital for 3 years before buying Chatfield. “With many years of experience in the human side of dentistry I have always had a passion for animal dentistry.”
She has been a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Denver Veterinary Medical Association for 18 years.
