Client Service Representative (Front Desk)

Chatfield Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking candidates to fill a client service representative (CSR) position for our very busy front desk.
Applicants must be willing to work opening and/or closing shifts and Saturdays. Receptionists are here as early as 7:00am and can be here as late as 7:00pm except on Friday's when we close at 6:00pm. We are currently looking for someone who is willing to work every Saturday from 7:45am-2:00pm.
CSRs answer phones, greet clients, respond to emails, access multiple dashboards and applications, schedule appointments, check clients in and out, keep the lobby stocked and organized, scan and fax records. The CSRs are also responsible for answering basic pet health questions,and recording client conversation and notes in the digital medical record.
Applicants must be confident, have a professional work ethic, positive personality, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor, and must be able to pay attention to detail. We prefer applicants to have veterinary experience, but will consider other customer service experience.
